Thank you for visiting the Woods Intermediate webpage.  If you are new to Wills Point or are considering a move to WPISD, you will soon learn that Woods Intermediate School is school built on a long standing history of academic success.  Woods Intermediate School is ranked as an EXEMPLARY SCHOOL, by the Texas Education Agency.  This state ranking is just one example of the exemplary work that takes place with students each and every day.

In addition to TEA honors, our students are consistently bring home top honors in UIL Academic competitions, Jump Rope for Heart, and Accelerated Reader.

As a Title I school, we assist approximately 600 second, third and fourth grade students in reaching their highest potential.  We do this by offering a full continuum of special services which include:
